Made from soft matte semi-transparent PVC with a flexible jelly feel and matte finish.

    Buy One!

    This is a fun bag. It's well constructed and great to carry if you're going to a theme park, or near water. I kept my bag out of direct sunlight due to the material. I have 2 colors in 2 different sizes and I am happy with both bags.
