Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives with a quality issue, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to review it for a refund.

For returns that are not related to a quality issue, we are happy to issue store credit only for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

For certain international orders, taxes, VAT, customs duties, and import fees may be collected and processed separately by our international checkout provider. Refunds for these amounts are subject to the provider’s policies and applicable laws and may not be refundable after an order has been fulfilled. We do not manually calculate or adjust these amounts.
